A comparison of buccal versus vaginal misoprostol administration for induction of first and second trimester abortion

Background: Aim of study was to compare effectiveness, adverse effects and patient’s acceptability buccal vaginal routes administration misoprostol in 1st 2nd trimester abortion, type study-randomized control trial Methods: A total 200 women with indications for abortion up 20 weeks pregnancy were enrolled over a period 1 year received either through (Group A) or B) route.
